Veteran Nollywood actor, Mr. Zack Orji, has explained why he has not been fully involved in the movie industry, which brought him to the limelight. He noted that it is because he is now a ‘man of God’.
The actor said unlike in the past when he was a regular face on the silver screens, he is hardly into filming lately.
In a recent chat on City People Magazine, the legendary actor admitted that age has limited his acceptance of several movie roles that jostle for his attention.
According to him, “In 2012, I accepted to be ordained as a man of God.
“When my pastor approached me with the offer, I gladly grabbed it without questioning.
“Even before my ordination, I had been receiving invitations from different places to come and minister,” he noted.
Earlier this month, I went through a massive witchcraft attack. My mind was clouded. My eyes were burning. My body was worn out. People were attacking me with unfounded accusations. I had a low-grade headache that lasted for days.

Witchcraft attacks often start with imaginations. Witchcraft plants seeds of deception through imaginations. These voices tell you things like "What's the use?", "Nothing will ever change," "I can't do anything right," and "I don't feel like going to church. I want to be alone." With that said, here are three more signs you are under a witchcraft attack right now.
1. Angry and frustrated. When witchcraft attacks, you may feel angry and frustrated. You feel like people and things are standing in your way. You may get mad at yourself, mad at the devil or even mad at God. You're sick and tired of your circumstances, but what you don't realize is that the enemy is magnifying your circumstances with distorted mirrors and smoke that clouds reality. When this happens, just keep acknowledging the Lord. He will make your paths straight (Prov. 3:6).
A first bus full of migrants arrived at a Slovenian border crossing with Croatia on Saturday, the Slovenian police said, after Hungary shut its border with Croatia late on Friday, diverting them towards Slovenia.
Hungary's action to close its southern border is indicative of Europe's disjointed response to the flow of people fleeing war and poverty.
Slovenian police said the bus had arrived at a border crossing from Croatia and that the passengers would be registered.
But Slovenia has cancelled all rail traffic with fellow European Union member and former Yugoslav republic Croatia, potentially slowing the movement of people just as autumn winds and rain are sweeping through the Balkans.
Forty-three buses packed with migrants, many of them refugees from the war in Syria, were stacked up at Serbia's western border with Croatia in the village of Berkasovo, a Reuters reporter said. Croatia had only allowed five buses to enter in the morning and some had been queuing through the night.
Some aggrieved members of the Assemblies of God Church have dragged the church’s factional General Superintendent, Rev. Chidi Okoroafor and six others to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, over alleged embezzlement and fraudulent diversion of funds.
The petition was written by Barr. Eli Ugwu on behalf of the Assistant General Superintendent, Rev. Ramsey Ogagaoghene, Bright Arukwe, Clement Esochaghi, Oliver Udensi and Sunday Palma.
It also called on the commission to investigate Rev. Vincent Alaje, Rev. Femi Adegoke, Mr. Dickson Ukpai, Mr. Michael Ugbor, Elder Mike Okoro and Tony Ewelike.
According to the allegations, Rev. Vincent Alaje, former general treasurer of the church until August 6, 2014 but currently the treasurer of Rev. Chidi Okoroafor led faction of the church, “unilaterally spent about N115, 000,000 belonging to the church illegally and on unauthorized business without approval from the General Superintendent.
For about a month after he returned from England last year, a Montclair State University professor did not realize what a treasure he had found in a rare books library at Cambridge University.
While abroad, Jeffrey A. Miller, an assistant professor of English at the New Jersey school, had acquainted himself with some of the 70 pages of a notebook that had belonged to Samuel Ward, a 17th-century biblical scholar. But it wasn’t until Miller returned home, and made a more thorough study of photographs he had taken of its pages, that he understood how stunning a discovery he had made.
The notebook held draft portions of the most enduring English translation of the Bible: the King James Version, which was published in 1611 and named for the newly ascended King James I.
“I am not even sure I believed it initially,” said Miller, describing the moment when he figured out he had seen draft pages from the most widely read work in all of English, including Shakespeare.
“It seems beyond belief to think you could be looking at a draft of the King James Bible, much less a draft unlike any other draft that we previously had, much less the earliest draft of the King James Bible,” he said.

Raised in Caledonia, Ontario, I was identified in third grade as gifted, and from then on was keenly aware that I should “act smart.” I only participated in things I knew I would do well, and did my best to control all factors that could sabotage perfection. If I got a 93 on an essay, I demanded that the teacher tell me how I lost 7 points. For group projects, I asked my classmate to bring only the presentation board—and brought a backup board just in case. By age 17, I saw myself as a teenager who had everything under control.
Heading to college in London, Ontario, I was eager to be a grown-up. And the ultimate marker of my new independence, I thought, would be joining the Bahá’í faith. The most appealing belief to me: a new order led by Bahá’í leaders that would usher in world peace.

Obviously, there is a spiritual force that the Bible is warning us about. It causes us to take leave of our senses. Witchcraft releases strong confusion against our minds so that Jesus is not the clear focus of our lives. Once that happens, we are more vulnerable to the vain imaginations the enemy whispers to our souls. We have a responsibility to know about this spiritual wickedness and guard ourselves against it. With that said, here are eight signs you are under a witchcraft attack right now.
An elderly Christian woman who was stabbed multiple times during a terrorist attack on a bus in Jerusalem, Israel, that left two people dead and at least 16 others injured on Tuesday says she is convinced she is alive today because she called on Jesus as her attacker plunged his blade into her body.
According to a One for Israel report two terrorists boarded the No. 78 bus in the Armon haNatziv (East Talpiyot) neighborhood of Jerusalem, one armed with a knife, the other with a gun. They then began shooting and stabbing the passengers, including the elderly woman identified as Marike Veldman in a report by Alfred Muller in Reformatorisch Dagblad.
Veldman, who is originally from the Netherlands but has lived in Israel for many years, said when the terrorists boarded the bus one of them sat in front of her until things quickly turned ugly.
"They began to cry 'Allahu Akbar.' The man in front of me began with a knife stabbing into me. The other man started shooting. People screamed very loudly. It was awful. I cried constantly in Dutch: 'Lord Jesus, Lord Jesus! Help me, help me!'" she said from her bed at the Ein Kerem Medical Center in Jerusalem. When she did this, she said her attacker "ran away to the back of the bus."
Muller explained that Veldman, who is also a nurse, is certain her cries to the Lord saved her life. She is now recovering from a collapsed lung and wounds she suffered to her shoulder and hand during the attack.
Christian Aid Mission has said that Islamic State militants are disguising themselves as refugees at some U.N.-operated refugee camps in Jordan, where they are killing people and selling girls. One such terrorist reportedly abandoned his mission to murder people after seeing the "love of Christians" at the camps.
"The Muslim gangs come as refugees, but they have their agendas," one ministry director, whose name wasn't shared, told the aid group. "They're like a mafia. People are even killed inside the camps, and the refugees are afraid to say if they saw somebody get killed. If you ask them, they'll say, 'I don't know, I was asleep.'"
Millions of people are fleeing Syria and Iraq, looking to escape civil war and IS. Many are presently stationed in neighboring countries, such as Jordan, Turkey, and Lebanon, where refugee camps have provided shelter, but not much else, the ministry director said.
"The last time I went inside a camp, I had a policeman with me," he added. "The camps are dangerous because they have IS, Iraqi militias and Syrian militias. It's another place for gangs. They're killing inside the camps, and they're buying and selling ladies and even girls."
IS fighters have persecuted religious minorities, including Christians, to a great extent, in many cases forcing them to convert to their version of radical Islam, or be beheaded. The ministry director suggested that the practice continues inside the camps where IS has taken root.
Republican presidential candidate and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz appeared on Fox News' "Hannity" Tuesday and declared the "far left" in American politics as having a deeply ingrained hostility toward Christianity.
Hannity set up the interview with a recording of President Obama's comments to notable novelist Marilynne Robinson in mid-September that seemed to be critical of committed Christians. In a story reported by The Christian Post on Wednesday, the president criticized highly religious people for being suspicious of others and taking an "us versus them" approach within the broader American culture.
Hannity used part of the segment to show clips of Obama praising Islam and clips of the president's former pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, denouncing America. The conservative host then denounced Obama as praising Islam and lecturing Christians.
Cruz used the interview as an opportunity to talk up his rising poll numbers and fundraising but blasted the political left in America and Obama's worldview.
"The far left has always had a strong anti-American streak and it's always had an antipathy for Christians," declared Cruz.
Cruz said that has been a characteristic of the far left from the very beginning and criticized Wright's anti-American rhetoric as "stomach turning."

American Christians are watching in horror as their brothers and sisters across the globe are beheaded, raped, and crucified by the Islamic State for refusing to convert to Islam.
As a result, the newly released State Department's International Religious Freedom report had much to document this year.

Following two weeks of air and missile strikes in Syria, a Russian Defense Ministry official says its combat jets destroyed militant facilities near Aleppo, where explosives for suicide bombers were being made.
The New York Times reports that such actions show that Putin has upgraded and modernized Russia's military much more than Western intelligence and military officials had realized.
The paper says Putin is showcasing his ability to conduct operations beyond his country's borders, with a public demonstration of new weapons, tactics and strategy.
A Sky News report suggests Arab Gulf states are interested in purchasing defensive systems from Israel to counter “a growing arsenal of Iranian missiles.”
Bahrain and other members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) are in negotiations to buy the Israeli-developed Iron Dome anti-missile systems to defend against “a growing arsenal of Iranian missiles,” Sky News reported Tuesday.
The US is quietly playing the “middle man” according to the report.
A deal for the entire GCC, which includes Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait, would be worth tens, perhaps hundreds, of billions of dollars for the Israeli companies that produce the systems.
According to the report, the sale would also include longer range interceptor missiles such, as David’s Sling, and the Arrow I and Arrow II which are capable of intercepting supersonic intercontinental ballistic missiles.
The sale of Israeli-developed weapons to a Gulf states would have been controversial for both the Israelis and the buyers a few years ago, Sky News explains, but both now perceive Iran’s military strength and ambitions as the primary threat to their existence.
During the past two years, reports of terrorist attacks against Christians have steadily emerged from the Muslim world: 7 Egyptian Christians executed on a Benghazi beach, 165 Christian girls kidnapped from school by Boko Haram, and 21 Coptic Christians beheaded near the Mediterranean Sea, among other incidents.
The US State Department's latest International Religious Freedom (IRF) report, released Wednesday, confirms that the biggest threat to minority Christian communities and other religious minorities worldwide is now the "new phenomenon" of non-state terrorism, particularly in the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia.
“[N]on-state actors, including rebel and terrorist organizations, … committed by far some of the most egregious human rights abuses and caused significant damage to the global status of respect for religious freedom,” according to the 2014 IRF report. This echoes the concerns of the US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), which identified non-state actors as a "major challenge to freedom of religion or belief" in its 2015 report earlier this year.
“One of the more consequential facts of our era has been the ... development of a sort of new phenomenon of non-state actors who, unlike the last century and the violence that we saw and persecution that we saw that emanated from states, are now the principal persecutors and preventers of religious tolerance and practice,” Secretary of State John Kerry said at a press conference. “Most prominent, and most harmful, obviously, has been the rise of international terrorist groups such as Daesh [ISIS, also known as ISIL], al-Qaida, al-Shabaab, Boko Haram. And all have been guilty of vicious acts of unprovoked violence.”
The Episcopal Church continues to experience losses in both church attendance and membership, according to recently released numbers from the denomination's Office of the General Convention.
From 2013 to 2014, active baptized members in domestic dioceses went from 1.866 million to 1.817 million, representing a loss of nearly 50,000 members.
The statistics reveal that in 2014 that average Sunday attendance was a little over 600,000 in domestic dioceses, down from approximately 623,000 in 2013.
2014's numbers are even more telling when compared with 2009, when the theologically liberal Episcopal Church had about 200,000 more members and over 80,000 more Sunday worship attendees.
Jeff Walton, Anglican program director at the theologically conservative Institute on Religion & Democracy, noted in a blog entry last week other aspects of decline for the Church.
"Other measures of Episcopal Church vitality also saw decline: the denomination reported the shuttering of 69 parishes and missions, down from 6,622 in 2013 to 6,553 in 2014," wrote Walton.
The Chinese government continues its crackdown on Christians and Christian churches, reportedly announcing that it is intensifying its campaign against Christianity.
The Christian Post reports that under Chinese President Xi Jinping, Christians in China have experienced the worst persecution in 20 years. Particularly in the last couple years, Xi’s government has made a concerted effort to make it clear that religious activity will be closely monitored.
Some reports even state that last year, in 2014, Chinese Christians experienced the worst persecution they have experienced in a generation.
As ChristianHeadlines.com earlier reported, China has been in the midst of a campaign to take down the large red crosses that grace the tops of many Chinese churches. In addition to the cross campaign, the Chinese government has demolished around 1,700 churches and imprisoned prominent Christians and their advocates.
Governor Jerry Brown signed into law a bill forcing religious pregnancy clinics to inform women and girls that California has public programs that provide immediate free or low-cost abortions for eligible women.
These faith-based medical centers must also tell their client to contact the county social services office to see if the pregnant woman qualifies for the free or cheap abortions. The law goes so far as to require these pro-life clinics to give out the telephone number and address to women who come through their doors.
Lawsuits were filed by Pacific Justice Institute in federal courts in both southern and northern California on behalf of clinics.
Facebook has enormous ambitions for its chat app, Messenger.
So big, that it doesn't even think of Messenger as an app. Facebook thinks of Messenger as a platform on which entire businesses will be built.
"We are one per cent finished, as we say at Facebook," Julien Codorniou, Facebook's director of platform partnerships, told Wired's David Rowan. "One day, there will be companies built on Messenger, and we are at the beginning of that ecosystem."
The idea is that Messenger will be an "app for everything."
Facebook wants retailers to communicate with their customers on it, instead of on their own sites. It wants you to use it to book your next flight. Or search for a nearby restaurant and share its location with your friends. Or make reservations, order flowers for a crush, and pay back your buddy for the pizza he bought you the other night. Oh, and just plain chat with your friends, of course.
That's just what the company has already talked about publicly.

GOP Presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson vowed to wage a war on what he called "PC police" before the Free Chapel megachurch in Gainesville, Georgia, on Sunday morning. He also described America's relationship with faith as "schizophrenia," noting that faith-positive messages are displayed on U.S. currency, yet there is an aversion to talk about religion.
"The pledge of allegiance to our flag says we are one nation under God. Many courtrooms in the land, on the wall it says 'In God We Trust.' Every coin in our pocket, every bill in our wallet says 'In God We Trust,'" Carson told the thousands who came to listen to his speech at the megachurch, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
"So if it's in our founding documents, it's in our pledges, in our courts and it's on our money, but we're not supposed to talk about it, what in the world is that? In medicine it's called schizophrenia. And I, for one, am simply not willing to kick God to the curb."
Carson took time to sign copies of his book, A More Perfect Union, and said that people have been asking him why he is entering the political fray after a successful career as a neurosurgeon.
"Well, I'll tell you why: it's because America is worth saving. If that means getting into a war with the PC police, I'm ready to fight that war. And I hope you will join me," the GOP candidate said.
When she was a little girl, gospel music star Erica Campbell dreamed about performing with the Winans family and The Clark Sisters, and now she's glorifying God for making that dream a reality.
Campbell, the 43-year-old "I Luh God" singer, performed along with BeBe Winans, 3 Winans Brothers and The Clark Sisters during the Howard University Homecoming Gospel Show on Sunday.
She took to social media to honor God for allowing her to take part in the gospel music celebration and to show her gratitude for a memorable experience.
"Such an amazing night! God is faithful," Campbell tweeted. "I've always dreamed of being on stage with the Winans and The Clark Sisters!! It happened tonight!!"
Campbell has achieved great success with her sister, Tina, who together form the duo Mary Mary, and as a solo singer. Nonetheless, Campbell explained that she was still grateful for being in the presence of gospel music legends.
The US Treasury has recently opened an inquiry about the so-called “Islamic State’s” (ISIS/ISIL) use of large numbers of brand-new Toyota trucks. The issue has arisen in the wake of Russia’s air operations over Syria and growing global suspicion that the US itself has played a key role in arming, funding, and intentionally perpetuating the terrorist army across Syria and Iraq.
ABC News in their article, “US Officials Ask How ISIS Got So Many Toyota Trucks,” reports:
U.S. counter-terror officials have asked Toyota, the world’s second largest auto maker, to help them determine how ISIS has managed to acquire the large number of Toyota pick-up trucks and SUVs seen prominently in the terror group’s propaganda videos in Iraq, Syria and Libya, ABC News has learned.
Toyota says it does not know how ISIS obtained the vehicles and is “supporting” the inquiry led by the Terror Financing unit of the Treasury Department — part of a broad U.S. effort to prevent Western-made goods from ending up in the hands of the terror group.
“This is a question we’ve been asking our neighbors,” Faily said. “How could these brand new trucks… these four wheel drives, hundreds of them — where are they coming from?”
Not surprisingly, it appears the US Treasury is asking the wrong party. Instead of Toyota, the US Treasury’s inquiry should have started next door at the US State Department.
The Taliban seems to have correctly assessed the lack of resolve of the current U.S. leadership and have evidently decided to go for all of Afghanistan.
- What is visible to everyone except Obama is that this "weak" Putin continues to outflank the U.S. in Ukraine, Crimea and now Syria. The U.S. Commander-in-Chief has failed to show the fortitude required from the leader of the free world.
- President Obama reportedly offered to strong-arm India into making concessions on Kashmir. According to Pakistan's former Ambassador to the U.S., Obama secretly wrote to Pakistan's President in 2009, sympathizing with Pakistan's stand on Kashmir, and apparently offering to tell India that "the old ways of doing business are no longer acceptable."
- The results of a Taliban reconquest of Afghanistan would be even more disastrous than its previous reign of terror. The Taliban would not only resume sending trained jihadists across Pakistan's border to wage war on "infidels" in India, they would also carry out their declared objective of global jihad against the West.
- With Europe's borders now wide open, the West is more vulnerable than ever.
The U.S. President who gave up Syria and Yemen without a fight is now leading a half-hearted counteroffensive in Afghanistan. The Taliban seems to have correctly assessed the lack of resolve of the current U.S. leadership, and has evidently decided to retake all of Afghanistan.
A group of 64 legal experts and scholars have signed a statement calling on Americans to oppose the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision legalizing gay marriage nationwide.
The Washington, DC-based American Principles Project posted the legal experts' statement Thursday on their website in which they denounced the 5-4 ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges.
"The Court's majority opinion eschewed reliance on the text, logic, structure, or original understanding of the Constitution, as well as the Court's own interpretative doctrines and precedents, and supplied no compelling reasoning to show why it is unjustified for the laws of the states to sustain marriage as it has been understood for millennia as the union of husband and wife," declared the statement.
"The opinion for the Court substituted for traditional — and sound — methods of constitutional interpretation a new and ill-defined jurisprudence of identity — one that abused the moral concept of human dignity. The four dissenting justices are right to reject the majority opinion in unsparing terms."
A number of parents in Georgia are outraged that tenets of Islam are being taught in public schools as a mandate by the state.
Ryan Breece, from Loganville, Georgia, pulled his 12-year-old daugther out of her social studies class at Youth Middle School outside of Atlanta, when he found out that she was learning about Islam.
"I'm coming from this perspective of religious equality and if we don't see the Ten Commandments, the Day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit, the Trinity being taught as the representation, an accurate representation of Chritianity, then why are we seeing in detail teaching on the doctrine of Islam?" he told CBN News. "And it just concerns me that we're going into great detail on the Muslim religion when Christianity is being pushed to the side."
Breece, a devout Christian, said that some schools are reportedly forcing students to learn the five pillars of Islam--the creed one must learn to convert--and teaching students that Allah is the same God worshipped by Christians.
CBN News contacted the Georgia Department of Education and was sent this statement about state standards in the seventh grade Georgia Performance Standards.
Amazon is considering creating its own online TV service, according to Bloomberg.
The company is said to have reached out to CBS and NBC Universal about including their channels.
The talks are in preliminary stages, according to the report.
Dan Rayburn, a principal analyst for Frost & Sullivan, first reported on Tuesday that Amazon had been talking to content owners about licensing content for a live streaming service.
Amazon already has its own on-demand video service, Amazon Prime Instant Video, which offers TV shows and movies for streaming.
